We’ve launched an appeal to help refugees and people seeking safety in Scotland this winter – and we need your help.

Can you make a donation today?

It’s been a difficult year. Together, we’ve faced the hardships of lockdown. We’ve seen humanitarian crises unfold in Afghanistan, Ethiopia and many other countries around the world. And we’ve witnessed the misery created by the UK government’s hostile environment policies.

These tragedies are a reminder of just how quickly ordinary lives can be turned upside down. Every day, men, women and children find themselves forced to flee their homes in search of safety.

When faced with so much suffering, it’s easy to feel helpless and overwhelmed. But your support can make a difference.

Donate now to help people seeking safety in Scotland.

Your support will:

Answer more calls for help: Providing immediate and expert advice to people who have nowhere else to turn. Our free helpline receives thousands of calls every year. With your help we can reach more people in need.

Protect people at risk of homelessness: Making sure that people with nowhere to live have a warm, safe place to stay during the cold winter months.

Support newly arrived families: Helping parents and children to navigate the complex asylum system, settle into their local communities and begin building new lives in Scotland.

Please give what you can to our winter appeal.

Here’s how your donation can help refugees today:

£12 could buy a hot meal for a newly arrived refugee family

£25 could purchase data packages so people can access vital online services

£50 could help pay for therapy sessions, to support refugees dealing with trauma and loss

Let’s give refugees in Scotland a warm welcome this winter. Make your donation today.
