Who is the helpline for?

  • Refugees and people seeking asylum who are living in Scotland
  • Individuals and organisations looking for information to help them support people seeking safety 

We receive a high volume of calls and you may be placed in a queue before speaking with an advisor.

Our expert advisers are here to listen and find out how we can help. We speak a number of languages. We can also arrange for an interpreter. Please ask if you need one.

  • Healthcare and mental health services 
  • Education and employment
  • Learning English
  • Making social connections
  • Official documents issued by the Home Office
