Scottish Refugee Council currently has three vacancies for one year to March 2011. Employment beyond this date is subject to funding. The positions are Team Leader of Scottish Induction Service (SIS), Housing Development Officer and Interpreting Co-ordinator.

Housing Development Officer
Ref: HDO/1002
Salary: £24,743 - £28,679 (pro rata)
Part time: 27 hours per week
Closing date: 17 March 2010
Interviews: 30 March 2010
This position will be responsible for developing and influencing policy and practice in housing issues affecting refugees and their rights. This post is subject to a basic disclosure Scotland check.

Interpreting Co-ordinator

Salary: £21,680 - £25,550 (pro rata)
Part time: 15 hours per week over four days

This position will be responsible for delivering and monitoring an interpreting service to support the organisation in its work with asylum seekers and refugees.
