  • Support individual fundraisers as needed;
  • Coordinate a diary of speaker events, dealing with email and other bookings and liaising with requesting organisations and speakers;
  • Help support event volunteers;
  • Use our CRM database to maintain up-to-date records;
  • Carry out the general administration of the programme.
  • Active participation in meetings e.g. preparing content, contributing ideas and note taking.

Particular activities and responsibilities will be decided on a regular basis with the TSO and CEFO.

  • Is able to commit to a minimum of 1 day per week, ideally committing to two days a week for a minimum of three months;
  • Is able to occasionally volunteer in evenings or over the weekends
  • Ideally you should also be able to use social media, and have experience of research.

What do I get out of it?

This is a varied and interesting role that will provide a range of experience and exposure to aspects of fundraising. You will gain:

  • Valuable skills/experience relevant to future employment/volunteering in the charity sector
