A new study reveals high levels of violence, depression and stress experienced by asylum-seeking women.
The report, commissioned by Scottish Refugee Council, calls for the Home Office and Scottish Government to provide better support.
A shocking 70 per cent per cent of women surveyed had suffered physical and or sexual violence in their lifetime and 22 per cent had attempted suicide.
